Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) on the RISE scholarship provides the funds, tools, and mentorship to rising diverse talent who might be interested in pursuing a career in Insurance.

Eligibility

We provide scholarships to embrace a fully diverse spectrum. We intend to award juniors and seniors in good academic standing who might be interested in pursuing a career in Insurance and:

  • Identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color
  • Members of the LGBTQ+ Community
  • Marginalized gender groups
  • Neurodivergent
  • Those who are disabled
  • Other underrepresented groups

Scholarship Funds

In an effort to bring parity, the scholarship funds can be used for all higher education needs and will not be limited to tuition.

The scholarship may be used for

  • Tuition
  • Books, and/or
  • General day-to-day financial needs.

Support

The scholarship recipient will also be paired with a mentor and gain access to the insurance community through:

  • Networking
  • Mentorship
  • Paid internship opportunities within insurance industry
  • Attendance at industry events
  • Learning the fundamentals of insurance

  1. Scholarship Application Opens: February 24, 2026
  2. Application Deadline: March 23, 2026
  3. Notify Recipients: April 10, 2026
  4. Funds Available: May 2026
